LOVE this place! The owners are always so nice to us when we do our.clothes here. Always so accommodating, and helpful. They keep everything clean which I love. I hate dirty grungy laundromats but this place is not dirty at all. Also I love how when you have them do your laundry they use Rubbermaid to hold your clothes together in the bag! Only problem with this place is they subcontract the dry cleaning out it takes a bit longer than it should. Great place and love the friendly owners!

I been coming here for nearly a decade. I used to love in the neighborhood now I moved to Sheepshead Bay & I still bring them my clothes. They do a great job, they fold & organize your clothes, and they don't skimp on the downy! My clothes are always clean and smell really nice Emden I pick them up from here. Plus the owner is super sweet.

Unfriendly staff. You’re not allowed to bring your cart in. When they want to free the drying machine to other customers they attempt to get the clothes out but they don’t mind if your clothes are sweeping the floor. No apologies and whats the meaning if I wash my clothes and turns out they are dirty again?

They are fine as long as you have A problem. Then they are disgusting and disrespectful. They cleaned a comforter They put too much detergent or fabric softener, leaving a film and a very strong smell. I went back and nicely asked to please just re rinse. I was met with yelling in a foreign language and a dismissal of hand like a was garbage. Disgusting! Will never patronize then again. Someone else just got my business.

Worst place ever. Aside from having outdated machines and barely any available to use they are extremely disrespectful. I have a disability and require a service dog to accompany me. When I went in to do my laundry with my dog (wearing full service dog vest and identification card) they were extremely rude to me. At one point the owner attempted to take my dogs leash out of my hand to say he's going to put her outside! This led to other customers telling him to leave me and my dog alone and that he isn't allowed to do so. Even after that he kept staring at me and rushing me along. I will file a complaint with the city about this. Dyker heights has been my neighborhood for a while now and this is not the type of business we want to support in our community.
