Ms. Zheng is very professional and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly in both English and Chinese and always follows up with us throughout the process. We have done a few Closings with her and are very satisfied.

We worked with Ms. Zheng who is one of the partners for the purchase of our house. She was very responsive and detail oriented and was able communicate the risks and implications with all the contract revisions. Understanding our risk tolerance, she helped us negotiate favorable contract terms throughout the home buying process. In addition, she constantly kept us up to date on the different deadlines and worked with the seller's attorney to get an extension if needed. Overall, it was great working with Ms. Zheng and the other staffs, and the rate was also competitive.
