Zhengzhou Noodles absolutely deserves way more than a 3.9. I came here recently and everything from the food to the service was phenomenal. The noodles were insanely flavorful, super fresh, and perfectly chewy. Portions were generous, the spices hit just right, and you can tell everything is made with care. On top of that, the staff was really friendly and attentive. They checked in without being annoying, brought everything out fast, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. This place is honestly a gem. If you like authentic, delicious noodles, you need to try Zhengzhou Noodles. Easily a 5/5.

This is a very authentic place hidden in Flushing. Deserves more than a 3.9 for sure. We have been coming back to this place over and over again, as pretty much what we have ordered so far are very impressive and super tasty. This is a perfect place for foodies and not for people who are looking for classy/romantic setting.

Super affordable and great value — generous portions and the food tastes really good. The hui mian (braised noodle soup) is delicious on its own, and the Da Pan Ji with hui mian combo is especially flavorful and satisfying. We also tried the crispy pork bowl (Su Rou Kou Wan) and Dao Kou roast chicken, and both were solid. The only small downside was that the Dao Kou chicken was a bit on the cool side when it came out — it would be perfect if served hotter. Overall highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.

The dishes here are excellent especially the soups, the fried potatoes, the rice cakes, the vegetables! It’s a very local place but the menu has pictures.
