Food is really good but watch out for the spice! We got small spicy but still came quite spicy. I’m a big fan of spice so it wasn’t a problem. The owner was very friendly too. Would come back to try again

Speechless, the pickle fish was excellent, it hit right the spot especially on a cold windy day. The service was on point, all the staffs were very welcoming, and the owner was passing out free appetizers. The perfect place for friends, families, and love one. Not to forget it’s very affordable with their combo meals. ❤️🐟🤤

The food was fantastic. I was not sure what to expect as I wasn't familiar with that particular type of cuisine but it was absolutely delicious. The fish was tender and melted in my mouth. The broth was flavorful and balanced. The portion for the large was big enough for two of us, plus a bit more. The wait staff, and the man who I assume is the owner, were all very courteous and professional. My tea kettle was always full and hot, my questions were all answered, and service was incredibly fast. I had a question regarding a substitute for my dietary restriction (cannot consume white rice) they offered a substitute in their mixed grain brown rice. They know how to treat their customers. After our meal, they even handed us a cute key chain for the New Year! Their cooking style gives me nostalgic feelings. Warm, delicious, comforting food. I will most certainly return with my family.

There’s a famous general in Chinese history also named Zhou Yu, and now a new namesake has arrived in Flushing serving fresh, popular pickled cabbage fish. The fish is very fresh, and the flavor is authentic without being too spicy. The take-out container keeps the food hot and fresh; however, it can’t be resealed for leftovers. The self ordering system is convenient and time saving .

This place offers great service and has a clean environment. The sauerkraut fish soup is yummy, though it’s quite spicy. There is quite a lot of fish and it taste great. The soup pairs perfectly with the rice. The guobaorou is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
