Dr. Zhu is very passionate and thorough with her work. The office is always clean and sanitary. Her front desk staff are also very patient and understanding which makes the visits very pleasant. This office is the best.

I am an experienced registered nurse. I am very careful in choosing the medical provider for my families and myself. I have changed to Ms Zhu as my family physician recently because she is more professional and provide care based on each individual patient needs. I highly recommend her for any patient if you seek a dedicated , professional and responsible medical doctor .

Very good Doctor. Experienced and treats patients well! Atmosphere is nice, and the place is taken well care of. Right when you walk in, you're greeted with white welcoming chairs and a waiting room. They are very efficient and you can expect short waits. 100% Would come again

The doctor is great, but the rest of the staff is definitely unreliable and a bit rude. The secretaries set up random appointments without a phone call. They just send an email confirmation. I got an appointment set up for me and I called to come in another day. I was told to come in yet they knew my insurance was no longer covering their services. I came and was informed of this after I checked in. I paid because I needed my prescription filled. Afterwards, the doctor returned the fee due to their error. It’s too bad that the front desk isn’t as polite and effective at their jobs as the doctor herself.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zhu for many years and have always liked her. However, recently the quality of the front desk staff has been very low, and their attitude is poor. On the afternoon of January 23, 2024, when I called to ask some questions, the woman who answered the phone was rude and impatient. She sounded like an older middle-aged woman. This level of service is not acceptable. If she is too tired, she should go home to rest and not affect the overall image of Dr. Zhu's clinic. I hope Dr. Zhu will pay attention to the behavior of this receptionist working there. Thank you.
