DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT rent with this company. They work with Shine corp property management who are slum lords. 225 Howard ave Brooklyn New York is a mold filled building with plumbling issues. Your health will deteriorate and your items will get ruined and the company doesn’t care. They must have someone working in the city because reporting to all the departments and 311 leads to no where. Don’t waste your time.
