岗位名称：站点运营专员 工作地点：21 Wes Warren Dr, Wallkill, NY12589 工作时间：6:00 AM － 2:00 PM（需接受排班，非固定周末休） 薪资：$22－$23/小时 可Sponsor 岗位职责： · 评估、引入并管理配送服务合作伙伴（DSP） · 对接司机，协调日常配送运营及异常处理（如退件等） · 监控包裹配送状态，确保准时率与数据准确性 · 处理配送问题，提升客户满意度 · 分析运营数据，优化流程与效率 · 确保合作方符合公司政策及行业标准 任职要求： · 中英文流利（接受非华人） · 有物流运营或供应商管理经验优先 · 沟通协调能力强，执行力高 · 能吃苦耐劳，适应快节奏及排班工作 · 熟悉Excel及物流系统优先 English Job Description Position: DSP Operations Specialist / Delivery Operations Specialist Location: 249 Park Ave, East Hartford, CT 06108 Shift: 6:00 AM － 3:00 PM (flexible schedule, not fixed weekends off) Pay: $22－$23/hour Sponsorship available Responsibilities: · Evaluate, onboard, and manage Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) · Coordinate with drivers and handle daily operations, including returns · Monitor delivery performance to ensure on-time and accurate tracking · Resolve delivery issues to maintain high customer satisfaction · Analyze operational data and improve processes · Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Requirements: · Fluent in Mandarin and English (open to non-Chinese candidates) · Experience in logistics or vendor management preferred · Strong communication and problem-solving skills · Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks · Proficient in Excel and logistics systems preferred
